About the Head of Data Offer

As a Head of Data your main functions will be:

The role will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and effectively applying data to drive the company’s growth and success. The responsibilities of the position include:

Leading the Data department.
Designing and maintaining data architecture.
Data quality management.
Collaborating with multiple teams across the company to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Contributing to data documentation efforts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of data processes and systems.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Looker Studio).
Proficiency in BigQuery and data modeling tools (DBT/Airflow).
Strong communication skills.
Experience in e-commerce or marketplace.
Experience with direct-to-consumer brands with subscription revenue models is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on product development.
Proficiency in English is essential.
